Muddle two of the pineapple chunks and one of the cherries in a cocktail shaker. Add the other ingredients and ice, and shake. Double-strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass half-full of ice. Garnish with the remaining pineapple chunks and cherry.

• 2 oz brandy
• ½ oz ruby port
• ½ oz triple sec
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ tsp simple syrup
• ½ tsp orange juice
• lemon-lime soda

Shake all but the lemon-lime soda and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with the soda and garnish with half an orange wheel and two small strawberries.

• 1 ½ oz brandy
• ½ oz orange curaçao
• ½ oz red wine
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ¼ oz orgeat
• ¼ oz simple syrup

Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with seasonal fruits.

• 4 oz dry red wine
• ¼ oz rum
• 1 oz orange juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• fizz water

Pour the first five ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Top with fizz water and garnish with seasonal fruits.
