Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 2 oz bourbon
• 5 oz apple cider
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ tsp simple syrup

Build in an ice-filled highball glass. Cherry garnish.

• 1 ¼ oz Bulleit rye
• 1 ¼ oz Laird's applejack
• 1 ¼ oz Cinzano sweet vermouth
• ½ oz Drambuie
• 2 dashes Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged bitters

Stir and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

• 2 ½ oz Bulleit bourbon
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
• ¼ oz absinthe
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
• 1 dash Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged bitters (or substitute Angostura bitters)
