Shake the first three ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Fill with brut.

• 1 oz gin
• ¼ oz maraschino
• 1 oz orange juice
• ¼ oz lemon juice
• brut Champagne

Shake all but the brut and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with brut and garnish with an orange peel.

• ½ oz lemon juice
• ¼ oz simple syrup
