• 1 oz gin
• ¼ oz maraschino
• 1 oz orange juice
• ¼ oz lemon juice
• brut Champagne

Shake all but the brut and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with brut and garnish with an orange peel.

• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz white créme de cacao
• brut Champagne

Shake the first three ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Fill with brut.

• ¾ oz bourbon
• 1 oz orange juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ⅓ oz simple syrup
• brut Champagne

Shake the first four ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Top with brut and garnish with a cherry.
