Stir all but the ginger beer and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with the ginger beer.

• 2 oz bourbon
• ½ tsp maraschino
• ¼ tsp absinthe
• ½ tsp simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Twist a lemon peel over the top and drop it in.

• 1 ½ oz rye
• ½ oz Lillet blanc
• ¼ oz maraschino
• ½ oz orange juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 ½ oz 100-proof rye (bourbon may be substituted)
• 1 oz Lillet blanc
• ½ oz maraschino
• 2 oz orange juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Build in an ice-filled rocks glass and stir.
