Build in an ice-filled rocks glass and stir.

Origin: Inspired by the Edith’s Fizz. I loved the taste of the maraschino and Lillet together, but wanted to give it some guts and spice. Hence the rye and bitters.

• 1 ½ oz rye
• ½ oz Lillet blanc
• ¼ oz maraschino
• ½ oz orange juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 ½ oz Wild Turkey rye
• 1 oz Lillet blanc
• ½ oz Laird’s applejack
• ¼ oz green Chartreuse
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Orange peel garnish.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz Lillet blanc
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 dash Angostura or orange bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Flame an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
