Origin: Inspired by Jamie Boudreau’s Union Club cocktail, which I greatly admire.

• 1 ½ oz Tanqueray No. Ten gin
• ½ oz Lucid absinthe
• ½ oz maraschino
• 1 tsp Campari
• ¾ oz grapefruit juice
• 3 dashes cherry bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Flamed orange peel garnish.

• 1 ½ oz blended Scotch
• ½ oz Hendrick's gin
• ½ oz Campari
• ½ oz lime juice
• 1 tsp honey syrup

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz Campari
• ¾ oz dry vermouth
• 1 ½ oz orange juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Orange wheel garnish.
