Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Twist an orange peel over the top and drop it in.

• 1 ½ oz blended Scotch
• ¾ oz St-Germain
• ¼ oz kirschwasser
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ¼ oz orange juice
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Lemon peel garnish.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz Lillet blanc
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 dash Angostura or orange bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Flame an orange peel over the top and drop it in.

• 1 ½ oz rye
• ½ oz Lillet blanc
• ¼ oz maraschino
• ½ oz orange juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
