Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Flame an orange peel over the top and drop it in.

• 1 ¾ oz Lillet blanc
• ¾ oz gin
• ½ tsp Cointreau
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Lemon peel garnish.

• 2 oz Plymouth gin
• ½ oz Aperol
• ½ oz Lillet blanc
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Orange peel garnish.

• 1 oz gin
• ¾ oz apricot liqueur
• ¾ oz orange juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• ¼ tsp grenadine

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Cherry and orange slice garnishes.
