Pour the Fernet-Branca into a cocktail glass, swirl, and dump the excess. Shake the other ingredients and strain into the glass.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• 1 oz apricot liqueur
• ½ oz lime juice
• ¾ oz egg white

Shake ferociously to emulsify the egg white and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz apricot liqueur
• ½ oz lime juice
• 1 tsp grenadine

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 oz Hendrick's gin
• ½ oz green Chartreuse
• ¼ oz yellow Chartreuse
• ⅓ oz lime juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Lime peel garnish.
