Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Flamed orange peel garnish.

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz orange juice
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup

Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Cherry and orange wedge garnishes.

• ¾ oz bourbon
• 1 oz orange juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ⅓ oz simple syrup
• brut Champagne

Shake the first four ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Top with brut and garnish with a cherry.

• 1 ½ oz Jack Daniel’s
• 1 oz ruby port
• 1 ½ oz orange juice
• 1 ½ oz cranberry juice
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup

Shake all but the port and strain into an ice- filled highball glass. Top with the port and garnish with a lemon wheel.
