• 1 ½ oz Rittenhouse rye
• ½ oz kirschwasser
• ½ oz Cherry Heering
• 1 tsp Del Maguey Chichicapa mezcal
• 2 dashes Xocolatl Mole bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with three cherries on a toothpick or garnish pick.

• ½ oz rye
• ½ oz bourbon
• ½ oz Cognac
• ½ oz Calvados
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Xocolatl Mole bitters

• ⅓ oz Dubonnet rouge
• 1 tsp Buffalo Trace bourbon
• ¼ tsp Laphroaig Scotch
