Pour the first two ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Fill with orange juice, leaving a little room to add fizz water. Halved orange wheel garnish.

• 1 ½ oz Galliano
• ½ oz Marie Brizard peach liqueur
• 1 oz orange juice
• ½ oz heavy cream

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.

• 1 ½ oz bourbon
• ½ oz Marie Brizard peach liqueur
• ½ oz orange juice
• ½ oz cranberry juice
• ¼ oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Flamed orange peel garnish.

• 1 ½ oz citrus vodka
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 3 oz cranberry juice
• 2 oz orange juice

Pour into an ice-filled highball glass rimmed with sugar. Parasol and orange wheel garnishes.
