- ¾ oz Bénédictine
- ¾ oz yellow Chartreuse
- ¾ oz lemon juice

- 1 oz Rittenhouse rye
- 1 oz Los Danzantes Joven mezcal
- ½ oz Bénédictine
- ½ oz Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
- ¼ oz yellow Chartreuse
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- ½ tsp Laphroaig Scotch
Rinse a cocktail glass with the Laphroaig and dump the excess. Stir the other ingredients and strain into the glass.

- 1 oz rye
- 1 oz ruby port
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ tsp simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- fizz water
Shake the first five ingredients furiously to emulsify the egg white and strain into a highball glass. Top with fizz water and garnish with pineapple.
