Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Stir. Lace with the crème de mure.

• ¾ oz gin
• ¾ oz sloe gin
• ⅓ oz crème de mure
• ¾ oz grapefruit juice
• ⅓ oz lemon juice
• ½ tsp simple syrup
• Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 1 oz Plymouth sloe gin
• ½ oz Leopold Brothers crème de mure
• ¾ oz grapefruit juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 1 dash lemon bitters

Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with blackberries.

• 1 oz light rum
• 2 oz crème de mure
• 2 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup

Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Lemon wedge garnish.
