Pour into a pint glass.

• 1 oz Amer Picon
• ⅓ oz lemon syrup
• 1 cold beer

Pour the Amer Picon and syrup into a pint glass and fill with the beer.

• 1 ½ oz whiskey of choice
• 1 cold beer

Pour the whiskey into a shot glass, toss it back, and chase it with the beer.

• 1 ½ oz Scotch
• 1 ½ oz Cynar
• 1 oz pale ale
• 1 dash bitters (I use Angostura)

Pour the Scotch and Cynar into a rocks glass with ice and stir. Top with the pale ale and bitters and stir again, gently.
