Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Origin: Created for my friend Sonya, who in preparing to move overseas challenged me to help empty her liquor cabinet by creating some drinks.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz Campari
• ½ oz Plymouth sloe gin
• 1 tsp Grand Marnier
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Twist a grapefruit peel over the top and drop it in. Brendan Pratt, Lineage, Boston

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz Campari
• ¾ oz dry vermouth
• 1 ½ oz orange juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Orange wheel garnish.

• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Fernet-Branca
• ½ oz gin
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
• ½ oz dry vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Orange slice garnish.
