Shake the first four ingredients and strain into a crushed ice-filled rocks glass. Top with the ginger beer.

• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz St-Germain
• ½ oz blueberries (by volume)
• a few peeled and thinly sliced pieces of ginger root
• ginger beer

Muddle the blueberries and ginger in a rocks glass. Pour in the gin and St-Germain and stir. Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Blueberry garnish.

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
• ¾ oz St-Germain
• brut Champagne

Shake the first three ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Top with brut.

• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz St-Germain
• 1 ½ oz grapefruit juice
• ½ oz cranberry juice
• ¼ tsp lime juice

Build in an ice-filled rocks glass. Lime wedge garnish.
